A Major Bank in the United Arab Emirates

Our Customer Profitability, Account Planning, and Cash Inventory applications were initially developed by our principals at a major private sector bank in the United Arab Emirates. The bank uses Corporate Account Planning as a principal tool in its profitability management strategy. Additionally, in the 1990s, the bank used cash inventory management models to reduce their cash inventory by AED 100 million. These models have now been enhanced and enriched by us and are being offered as customizable solutions.

A Major Bank in Qatar

One of our principals implemented Customer Profitability Reporting (CPR) at a major bank in Qatar within a six-month timeframe, an accomplishment that had eluded the bank for many years due to inadequate cost allocation methodologies. The CPR report thenceforth became a mandatory support document in the credit renewal process.

A Major Bank in Oman

Our Customer Profitability Reporting (CPR) and Account Planning applications are implemented at a major bank in Oman. The profitability reports are part of the credit renewal pack, ensuring that customer profitability is one of the important parameters considered in the credit renewal process.

Another important use the bank makes of the CPR is in determining what interest rate to charge on a customer’s loans and advances in order to obtain an acceptable return on capital. This is an assurance that the return on capital at the bank level is maximized.
